In June 2021, following the pandemic, THOM embarked on a significant project named WeTHOM@Work to meet the evolving expectations of its head office staff. Emphasising the power of collective efforts, the company decided to engage its employees in redefining work organisation.
The main objectives were as follows:
WeTHOM@Work concluded with a festive inauguration of the new facilities, an excellent feedback survey and a trophy for quality of life at work in the Ile-de-France region (awarded by the “Victoires du capital humain”, an organisation which awards the best HR initiatives in France).
The objectives were successfully met!

Through the WeTHOM plan, our Group is committed to continuously optimising its
organisation. The aim is to provide employees with a healthy and safe working environment
and to develop their well-being.
